NEOT

Sometimes less is more, and this two bedroom apartment refurbishment in Potts Point was no exception to the rule. It was a great experience refining this apartment and delivering a beautifully considered design from the team at Matthew Woodward Architecture.

While the structural alterations (including the removal of the existing hallway brickwork and installing a new kitchen window) were no easy feat, the result was a beautifully airy and sun-kissed apartment. It was all the little details that were so rewarding to build; like the pivot door seamlessly separating the bathroom from the living and kitchen spaces; the bulkhead air-con thoughtfully concealed in the timber battened ceiling with hidden slot diffusers; the brass carpet inlays and a flexible study/guest bedroom with a fold-down bed.

We’ve never fit more into such an intimate space - all these small challenges reveal themselves the longer you spend in the space, and it was a privilege to be trusted to deliver this home.
