A two-storey penthouse in Bondi Beach in need of some TLC. After remediating the penthouse balcony upstairs for strata, the client asked our team to help freshen up the remainder of this three-bedroom apartment.⁠ ⁠

This involved opening up the downstairs kitchen to create a more family friendly space with a breakfast bar, adapting the existing laundry to a more practical European style behind bifolding joinery doors, refurbishing two bathrooms with custom joinery and flooring throughout.⁠ ⁠

Fixtures, lighting and all appliances were upgraded to create a low maintenance, easy living home by the beach.⁠
