This project marks our team’s third apartment refurbishment in this iconic building in Potts Point, and it was a pleasure to be back.

Gowrie Gate is a cherished example of 1930s Art Deco living in Sydney. Our recent refurbishment pays respect to it’s historic design, while creating a highly functional, sun-filled penthouse apartment. Cofferred ceilings, fluted glass detailing and rhythmic curves all contribute to this well balanced and welcoming space. ⁠
